I never want to be kept a secret. Notice I didn’t say, “I will never be kept a secret.” Realistically speaking, it may happen one day. And I might be patient (possibly stupid) and put up with it. But I don’t think I’ll like it.
I think I’m a pretty damn good catch and I deserve to be shown off. In fact, I think most people deserve to be shown off by the person they’re with. Why are they with you to start with, if they’re going to be ashamed of you?
